The ONI OFFICIALS team endeavour to have your orders packed and shipped in an efficient and timely manner so you get your orders safer & faster.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number.

Please note: ONI OFFICIALS is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. ONI OFFICIALS is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.
Pre-orders
Customers can expect their ONI OFFICIALS orders to arrive within 1 month after placing a pre-order without delay. Pre-order updates will be shared periodically on Instagram.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally due to circumstances outside ONI OFFICIAL’S control, delivery delays may occur.
If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care via email within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our first priority at ONI OFFICIALS but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 7 days after receiving your item to return your product.
Return Information
⦁ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
⦁ You are responsible for all postage payments for any returns or exchanges.
⦁ If an item is marked as SALE, this item is non-returnable.
⦁ If the item you would like to return was ordered more than 7 days ago, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
⦁ We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
⦁ Garments with distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear and tear or covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
⦁ Undergarments and socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. If the item being returned does not comply with our standards as mentioned above, the customer will be contacted and given the option to have this returned back to them (at customers cost), or for this to be disposed of.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ONI OFFICIALS is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered to the address provided at the time of order. If needed, ONI OFFICIALS will assist by verifying the delivery address, delivery date, tracking details, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate further.
Faulty or Damaged Products
ONI OFFICIALS will only issue refunds or exchanges for defective, damaged or if the incorrect item was received. A minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the item itself is not considered a defect or damage and is not subject to a refund or exchange.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at here if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the customer has contacted our Customer Service Team and found a fault with one of their products, ONI OFFICIALS will cover the return shipping costs.
How to apply for Returns?

When Will I get my Refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 7 days to be processed.
